All Fraternities and Sororities at UNC Asheville, and their members, are required to abide by federal and state law, in addition to policies and procedures outlined in the UNC Asheville Student Handbook, including:

• Student Code of Community Standards and Citizen Education Process
• Sexual Misconduct and Interpersonal Violence Policies
• Alcoholic Beverage Policy
• Student Organizations

• North Carolina Statutes on Hazing

All fraternities & sororities, as a group and their individual members, must also abide by policy and procedure set by their national organization’s offices and affiliated governing bodies.
